Receiving a fax:
When someone sends a fax to you it will be available in your mailbox
as a PDF attachment.
You will also get notification through SMS when you receive a fax.
Replying to the email with the attachment can send a Fax back to the
same sender.
Sending a fax:
You can send a fax by sending an email with an attachment to <faxno>@superfax.in
For example 01244100141@superfax.in. The attachment is extracted and sent to 0124-4100141 as a paper fax.
Q2. How to send the fax using my registered email id?
Steps to send a Fax through email id
- Open you email Id which you have registered with superfax.
- Click on Compose Mail or New Mail depending upon you email client.
- In TO field enter the receivers fax No. as <std code><fax no>@superfax.in
- Attach the documents which need to be send as fax in any
of below mentioned formats
pdf, htm, html, doc, docx, tiff, rtf, txt, xls, xlsx, csv, ppt, pptx, jpg, png, jpeg, gif, bmp, tif
- Click on send mail and your fax would be send to the receiver.
Steps to send a Fax through Web Panel i.e. http://www.superfax.in :
Note:-
- Go to our website http://www.superfax.in
- Click on Sign IN
- Enter Your User ID (abc@abc.com) and Password (123456).
- Once Logged In Click on Send Fax from left hand side menu.
- 5. In the TO Field Enter the receivers Fax No as <STD CODE><Fax NO>
- Select the Plans, If you have multiple plans available or leave it to Defaults plan.
- Click on Fax file 1,2 or 3 and attach the documents which need to be send as fax in any of below mentioned formats
pdf, htm, html, doc, docx, tiff, rtf, txt, xls, xlsx, csv, ppt, pptx, jpg, png, jpeg, gif, bmp, tif
- Click on Send Fax & your fax would be send to the receiver.
To send a domestic fax or National Fax please follow the following format:

To send a international fax the please follow the following format:
<00><Country code><State Code><Phone No.>@superfax.in

Q7. Can I send multiple pages to a number at a time?
Yes, you just need attach multiple files, while sending fax using you registered email for sending fax.
Note:- Multiple attachment support is completely a User's Email Client Feature.
Q8. How do I know if the fax send by me is delivered?
Our system is developed around customer needs and has a unique
tracking system in place. You get a Alert on you registered email
and simultaneously a SMS alert on your
registered cell phone for a successful delivery or failure of fax
sent or received by you.
Q9. Can I send fax to multiple numbers at a time?
Yes, you can send fax to multiple No's using your registered email id.
All fax No's should be separated by comma
e.g. To send a fax to 011- 43850682,011-47615476 and 0124-4100141 the No's should be entered in the TO field as
01143850682@superfax.in,01147615476@superfax.in,01244100141@superfax.in
Note:- Unethical usage of fax services could lead to the termination of your services with or without any intimation.
Q10. How do I log in to Super fax Panel and where do I see Outgoing Log?
To know how to login to web panel, please refer Q2, Once you are logged in follow the below mentioned steps.
- Click on Fax Box
- Click on Outgoing Log
- There you would see the status of current or old fax sent by you.
- To know the more details hover your mouse on the current order no.
- A Pop box would appear showing you the status of the fax and attempt made by the system in order to sent the fax.
Q11. I sent a fax from email and I did not get any alerts or the status.
There are couple of preliminary steps which you can take to check service at your end.
- Please ensure you are sending the fax from your registered email Id.
- If you are using your registered email please check the Internet connectivity.
- Check the attachement format.At present we support the following file formats.
pdf, htm, html, doc, docx, tiff, rtf, txt, xls, xlsx, csv, ppt, pptx, jpg, png, jpeg, gif, bmp, tif
- Please ensure the document was attached properly.
- Please fax number was mentioned in the correct format (Refer Q1).
- Log in to you superfax panel and see, if the fax sent by you reflects in Outgoing Log.

Q12. Can I get the alerts on multiple No's or can I use multiple email Id to send or receive the fax.
No, Currently we only support fax alerts on 1 Cell phone
number.However multiple email ids for sending and receiving fax could be
configured in for you. For further details please contact our technical

Q13. Will there deduction of pages from my account upon a fax failure?
This depends on the reason for failure. If the failure is due to no
answer at the receiver end, there wouldn't be any charges on your
account, on the other hand, if there will not be any fax tone
received by the system from receiver end, there would be subsequent
charges on your account for making outgoing calls to receiver.

Q14. What are the charges for Local,National & International Faxes?
For a local or national Fax, one pages would be deducted from your
account for the every single page fax you sent. E.g. If you sent 2
pages of fax to you local city fax no or to a STD No. 2 pages would
be charged from your account.
For sending a fax to an international numbers charges vary of geographical location.

No, we do not store customer's fax data at our end under our security and privacy policies.
